This movement began with a mother’s heartbreak, a courtroom's silence, and a community’s failure to protect. It began when Tamika R. Tyler Williams lost her 15-year-old son, Siar Orlando Lee Grigsby, in what is believed to be a murder-for-hire plot a tragedy linked to a corrupt juvenile court case and a justice system that failed to serve justice.
